Overall, I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chongqing, and I especially want to give a shout-out to Freya. During check-in, she was extremely welcoming and proactively introduced the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and local transportation routes. She also patiently recommended nearby culinary spots when I asked. Whenever a minor issue arose during my stay, she followed up and resolved it promptly, paying great attention to detail. What touched me the most was her warm, infectious smile throughout the entire interaction. It made me feel welcome and cozy the moment I stepped into the hotel, instantly easing the fatigue of my journey. The room was comfortable and the location is very convenient. I will definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit Chongqing. Highly recommended!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Chongqing. The location is super convenient to get anywhere! I arrived quite late last night and my original room type wasn't available, so I'd like to thank the young man at the front desk for giving me a free upgrade. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing!

The hotel has a great location, right next to the Jiefangbei Monument, with several shopping malls and a bustling food street nearby offering a wide variety of local snacks. Every staff member provided exceptionally attentive service. The 69th-floor lobby offers fantastic views; to get to the room, you first take the elevator to the 69th-floor lobby and then transfer to another elevator. The view from the room is also stunning.

Great location and the view from the window is absolutely stunning! Our room faced the Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, the 69th-floor lounge offered a perfect view of the confluence of the two rivers, and the hotel entrance is right across from the Chopsticks Building. Hongyadong and the subway station are just a few steps away. The room was also very spacious, clean, and well-kept. My family and I were exceptionally satisfied.

There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but it was resolved quickly with a prompt response and reasonable compensation. The room was well-equipped, with a great ambiance and excellent soundproofing, and offered a stunning night view.

The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean, the view was nice, and I slept comfortably. Overall, I'm very satisfied. There was a good variety of breakfast options too; I especially enjoyed the noodles and the Malaysian grilled pork neck, which was quite tasty.

The location in Jiefangbei is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, and there's a subway nearby. This time, my husband had a fever when we arrived, and they were able to provide a thermometer. The room service attendant, upon hearing my husband wasn't feeling well, even offered brown sugar water, which was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel breakfast has a good variety and tastes delicious – highly recommended. The hotel's night view is as shown in the picture. Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it to friends visiting Chongqing. The night view from the 66th-floor gym is even better.

My stay at the Regent Chongqing was overall a very positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent views, and the hotel's location made getting around easy. Reina's service was particularly impressive; she communicated efficiently, made thoughtful arrangements, and was always quick to respond to my needs.
