Hotel staff are very nice and rooms are very clean. Location is central and was good for me. Bed was too hard for me though I know hard beds are common in Thailand. Water pressure in shower is poor and room doesn't have a smart TV.

Very Happy with Levana. Staff are super!! Breakfast can be improved. By the way, I would like to stay this hotel as hotel staffs are polite, kind and very helpful.

The front desk service was excellent; they always greeted us with a smile. There was an older staff member at the front desk whose English was very good, and she was so warm and welcoming. When I was leaving, she even reminded me to make sure I hadn't forgotten my passport.

Nice hotel hidden in an alley besides the main road. Close to Foodland and nearby Big C plus not far away from the busy nightlife. Room is fine and have quite complete amenities

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were excellent! They patiently answered any questions I had and proactively asked if I needed room cleaning whenever they saw me.

Amazing service - friendly and respectful! Within 10 min (bike) to most of the attractions in Central Pattaya. 5 min walk to supermarket, including a 24-hour one. Room is spacious and satisfactorily clean, with good air-conditioning and consistent warm shower.
