Shangri-La Changchun

Although the room facilities were a bit dated, the service was truly excellent. They proactively helped with luggage and even upgraded our room! The breakfast buffet was also very good, and the coffee quality was great! Plus, Wanda Plaza is right outside the window, offering a nice view!

The hotel room is very spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The accommodation environment is comfortable and cozy. It's also very convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's definitely worth staying and experiencing!

Great location near People's Square with a beautiful setting. The service was average, and the hotel room facilities are a bit old, but still relatively clean. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future.

The room was very comfortable, and the service attitude was excellent. The location is super convenient for getting around. I'd recommend staying at Shangri-La if you're bringing kids to Changchun, especially since the children's breakfast benefit is really handy, and they even gave us welcome snacks!

Facilities: It's an old hotel with outdated facilities. They even used grout to patch gaps in the elevator, which looked really bad. The toilet paper holder in the room was loose and wobbly. Hygiene: The hygiene was maintained quite well. Service: The welcome snacks and drinks included with the booking weren't delivered to the room. I had to call and ask for them two or three hours later, which was a minus. Food: The Chinese food was disappointing. The daily soup was bland and watery – can you believe a 68-yuan soup only had one piece of pork rib? Just one, that's pretty wild. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, nothing bad.

Our whole family went, and we booked two rooms. Although they were a bit far apart, the service was excellent, and the cleanliness was decent. The indoor pool temperature was also good, very convenient.

The location is quite good, not far from People's Square and the subway station, with plenty of shops nearby and many bus stops. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the concierge was proactive. The service at this brand-name hotel is consistently reliable and commendable. The room was also great, spacious, bright, and comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay! I have to commend the front desk staff! Check-in was swift with no long waits, and the process was seamless. They provided detailed explanations for directions and local attractions, always with a smile. Their service was professional and friendly, leaving a fantastic impression! A special shout-out to Jessie from the front desk, Jia Liufang. Her constant smile and patient explanations of the hotel's operating hours for various areas were incredibly thoughtful. The Executive Lounge also has a great atmosphere. Next time I'm in Changchun, I'm heading straight for the Shangri-La.

Five-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members! 1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail. 2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her! 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!
