The room is clean and the service is nice. Just the whole kundasang area is full of flies make the whole experience is not good as imagined.

The scenery was pretty good, and the breakfast was decent too. The location was also great, and the flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful, I loved them. However, the staff weren't very friendly. Overall, it was okay.

I chose to stay here because of the scenery. The views are great, and the sunrises are beautiful. However, the cleanliness really needs attention; my room had a lot of ants and flying insects. The bed frame was also very old; it creaked every time I turned over.

Small rooms. They don't even provide toothbrush. Water heater makes a loud sound when on. Hot shower do not function well. But amazing view! Do they wash their bedsheets? Didn't smell fresh, smells like someone's hair

Request for quiet room but its not that quiet because the wall between the room too thin that you hear someone snoring, talking and do whatever they doing. Staff not helpful at all just give instruction on how to go to the room not really showing when there’s 2 block. Construction still going on at the back of the room. The restaurant got so many flies till i dont have appetite to finish my meal. In room so got flies. So disappointed but because of view i think its worth the price.

The hotel is a very beautiful and charming place. I booked this room mainly because can see the stunning Golden Mountain view directly at dawn. It gets quite cold at night, and the mornings are pleasantly cool. The restaurant food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that there are a few insects at the mountaintop, which is understandable, and the soundproofing of the room isn’t great—after 10 p.m., noise from people outside can still be heard clearly.

Had such a pleasant family trip! The view, ambience, facilities, and service were all beyond awesome. Bonus: free breakfast for every room. A huge plus is that the place has its own restaurant, so we didn’t have to head out in the dark for dinner. I tried the nasi goreng tuhau and it was sedap! Prices are really affordable too. I know exactly where I’ll be staying next time I’m in Kundasang.
