The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, but the hotel has a charming local style. Breakfast is very rich and varied. I always choose to stay here for a few nights whenever I visit Bangkok. The hotel also provides a shuttle boat service to Saphan Taksin Station and ICONSIAM.

Fantastic, you can really feel the dedication in their service. All the staff at this hotel are incredibly polite and always smiling! Even though it's an older hotel, I absolutely adore its classic, opulent charm, and it's exceptionally well-maintained. They even upgraded our room and offered turn-down service because it was our anniversary. The hotel pool is amazing and gives off a great resort vibe! And finally, I have to rave about the breakfast – it's incredibly varied and beautifully presented, making it very appealing. You can even get iced coffee and Thai tea, among other things. Aside from the location being a bit mediocre, everything else was perfect.

Charming and old-fashioned, but the facilities are a bit dated. When we checked in, there was a strong smell of fresh paint from renovations, which made us dizzy. However, they did help us switch rooms in the end, which was good. If you like a vintage style, you'll enjoy staying here. There are many rooms available, and the price is moderate.

The pros are its proximity to the Chao Phraya River, with two boat options available every half hour for convenient travel. The hotel grounds are expansive, truly living up to its resort status, and there are plenty of activities, perfect for those who enjoy spending time at the hotel. It boasts a tennis court, ping pong, an outdoor pool, and many other amenities I didn't even have time to discover. The downside is its distance from the commercial district. The decor has a strong Southeast Asian vibe, which is great if you're looking for that experience, but it also makes it feel a bit dated.

I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. The location isn't particularly great either. If the price is high, I wouldn't really recommend it. The bathtub is old and unusable, and the dampness is quite noticeable.
