The Mantro Hotel Chongqing

This was my first time visiting Chongqing, and my stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. CC at the front desk provided very thoughtful service, and the hotel offers a dedicated private butler service with all-around excellence. The breakfast is a full buffet with a huge variety of delicious options—highly, highly recommended!!!!! There's a large shopping mall nearby, making it super convenient to get around or visit tourist spots! I'm definitely staying here again when I come back next month 😊😊😊😊. I have to say, this is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Everyone was so friendly, and my happiness level is through the roof! Up! Up! Up!

A brand new hotel. Someone opened the door and took our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Overall, a fantastic experience. The facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries are high quality and fully stocked. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer amazing views. The heated indoor pool and gym are also fully equipped. The service is warm and polite; every staff member greets you wherever you go. Front desk check-in was efficient, and the butler service responded promptly to all our needs with thoughtful attention to detail. When we went to the breakfast restaurant, it wasn't too crowded, and they served local Chongqing-style breakfast, which I highly recommend trying.

Highly recommend the Yuanchu Cultural Hotel in Chongqing! The hotel has an upscale ambiance, and the public areas are full of atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the facilities are brand new and fully functional. The staff are warm, polite, and efficient at check-in. The breakfast is delicious, and the gym and swimming pool are great additions. Staying here during my trip to Chongqing gave me great peace of mind. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

A truly therapeutic stay. The hotel is newly opened and very conveniently located. Set in a garden-style environment, it’s wonderfully relaxing for a stroll. The rooms feature all-brand-new amenities and exquisite fittings, offering a great sense of quality. I must also give a special shout-out to the butler, who was attentive yet discreet. From check-in to check-out, we were cared for meticulously, and all our requests were properly handled. With both top-notch hardware and service, enjoying butler service amidst such beautiful gardens makes for a rare and comfortable getaway. Highly recommended.

I've stayed in many newly opened hotels, and this one really surprised me. First, they must have put a lot of effort into the renovation materials and odor removal. You can barely smell any renovation odors throughout the hotel; instead, there's a subtle, pleasant aroma that creates a very inviting atmosphere. Second, the staff is highly professional and service-oriented. For example, as soon as you park, someone will open your car door, help with luggage, and even guide guests already parked into their spaces while holding an umbrella. The front desk also provides a detailed explanation of the package benefits during check-in, and staff members you encounter in various areas of the hotel warmly greet guests. The room's decor is decent, but the bedding is truly comfortable, haha! The toiletries are also from premium brands. Overall, for a newly opened hotel, achieving this level of quality is truly commendable. I hope they continue to maintain and build upon this excellent standard. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips in the area.
