NH Collection Granada Victoria

Having traveled to over a dozen cities in Europe and booked hotels of similar caliber, I absolutely have to come back and rave about this hotel in Granada! The staff at the front desk, both male and female, provided excellent service. The hotel itself is well-equipped with amenities, and its location is incredibly central, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I must especially thank the hotel because we arrived in Granada on a flight at around 7 AM, barely sleeping all night at the airport. To our surprise, they managed to arrange a clean room for us by just past 8 AM, which we really appreciated! It provided the perfect resting place for two weary travelers. Highly recommend; if I ever return to Granada, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location was great, and the inside was clean. The only minor issue was that the elevator was out of order a few times, but it was still a good stay. Clean, neat, and decent overall.

Exceptional location right in the city center. The airport bus stop is just 50 meters away. It's worth reserving a room facing the main street. Good breakfast and the staff are charming.

The front desk staff seemed used to Asian guests, perhaps because there were many Asians staying there. However, the smell in the lobby and room was quite strong, which I found very difficult to tolerate. They seemed to spray something after cleaning, so I kept the windows open for constant ventilation. During my stay, I was given free bottled water. It was always replenished during cleaning, which was very helpful. The location was convenient, close to tourist attractions and bus stops to the airport.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, and since it was our honeymoon, they even upgraded our room and gave us a welcome bottle of wine, which my wife was thrilled about. Next time I'm in Granada, I'll definitely stay here again :)
