Was this hotel supposed to open in 2025? It looks like it opened in 2005. Ctrip, please explain. The lamps look like ancient bronze ware from the Shang and Zhou dynasties. The hairdryer nozzle is melted and flattened, and it's an old model where you have to hold down the 'on' button for it to work; it stops as soon as you let go, and the airflow is tiny. The wardrobe style creaks and groans like something from a previous generation. The carpets and furniture are ancient. The trash can is corroded and rusty. The edges and corners of the carpet are old and dirty. The whole carpet is pretty dirty. When I was leaving to catch my flight, the elevator broke down. I was on the 22nd floor, and no matter how many times I pressed the button, it wouldn't come. Once I finally got into an elevator, I couldn't select my floor, and I was stuck inside for a while, which made me almost miss my flight.

The best part is that there are rooms available for three people, which perfectly suited our family of three. The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also many restaurants and even a night market nearby. The hotel's exterior is grand and luxurious, with five-star amenities, and the breakfast is plentiful.

The location is quite convenient, not far from the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, the service was very mediocre. Perhaps it's because there were too many Chinese guests, but there was no room for negotiation regarding a late checkout (not even for a few hours); it was refused very rudely. The breakfast spread looked extensive, but the actual variety of dishes was limited.

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.
