This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was really comfortable and all the facilities were great. But what really stood out was the service; the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The location is excellent, right by Exit 2 of Huai Khwang MRT station. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and nice, spoke fluent Chinese, so communication was a breeze. The room was super spacious. The hotel lobby was grand. There are plenty of food options nearby, including various hotpot restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Chinese supermarkets. On the second day of my stay, I woke up to find that all the lights in the room, except for the one by the door, had no power. I called room service, but my English isn't great, so I couldn't explain. I went down to the first floor and had a smooth conversation with the front desk. They told me to wait in my room. A phone call came through shortly after I got back to the room, saying an electrician was on the way, and then the power came back on right after I hung up.
