Guide Taichung Gongyi Hall (Hamiton)

This is a historic old hotel that's been renovated and still feels very new. The rooms are spacious. It's centrally located in the city, close to shopping malls, and there's a traditional market nearby with plenty of food stalls and eateries. The staff are enthusiastic and provide great service. However, a 4 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out, especially for a hotel in the Taichung area, seems a bit unreasonable.

The pictures speak for themselves – definitely not recommended.

A tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's conveniently located near the intersection of bustling Gongyi Road and Zhongming South Road, one of Taichung's main thoroughfares. Eslite Spectrum Park Lane (including Calligraphy Greenway and Civic Square) is just an 8-minute walk away. If you turn left from the hotel entrance onto Zhongming South Road, you'll find a direct bus stop to the High-Speed Rail (HSR) station. While the hotel isn't new, it's clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
