An exceptional hotel with convenient transportation and top-notch facilities. I would easily rate the pool and its amenities as the best in Shenzhen. Although the changing room is not very large, it is fully equipped with a swimwear spin dryer, jacuzzi, sauna, and heated loungers—far superior to the InterContinental Shenzhen. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the breakfast, but I'll definitely be back if I have the chance.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The hotel's surrounding amenities are a big plus—it features its own greenway, perfect for cycling and scootering, along with a children's sand pit where the kids had an absolute blast. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rentals, which was a very thoughtful touch. The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection. The staff were prompt and attentive, providing great service, and the delivery robot added a fun touch. Conveniently located with easy transportation, this is an ideal hotel for family trips.

Initially, the air conditioning in our room wasn't strong enough, but we were very happy after being moved to corner room 801. The breakfast was plentiful, the pool was beautiful, and the staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The only minor issue was that room service took a bit longer to deliver items, possibly due to the busy National Day period. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second holiday stay here, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor pool is divided into two sections: a shallow area for kids and another section that's not too deep for adults to stand in. Plus, there's an indoor heated pool! We mainly came to swim and play, and the kids had a blast. The hotel's service and facilities are excellent. The amenities in the room, like the art supplies, are also of great quality. It's clean, reassuring, and comfortable 😌. Every day at 3 PM, there's a parent-child craft activity in the lobby. You can also rent bicycles, both adult and child sizes, and right outside the hotel, there's a greenway perfect for running and cycling. Additionally, on the second floor, there's a large, well-equipped gym!

A hotel we visit every October without fail. Great service, comprehensive facilities, and fantastic breakfast. Excellent value for money.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The playground is a lot of fun, and they have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the room was clean and tidy.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and the facilities and service have consistently been excellent over the years. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
