We were here for a small trip for fishing and watching whales. The room was very clean and neat. Location is amazing, you can walk to plenty of restaurants easily. It has free parking which was helpful as we had a rental car. The owners were super accommodating as our flight to Boston was getting in super late. They made sure we could check in even with the late hour. Highly recommend!

The room was clean with 2 comfortable beds and everything else you could need. Checkin was unbelievable easy, host were easy to contact and everything was conveniently located. The location near downtown can't be beat. The only recommendation would be to add a small mirror in the bathroom. I.shared a room with a friend and it would have allowed a little more privacy. Overall, it was great!

We have stayed at Eagle House many times, in various rooms. All comfortable, updated and very clean! The location near Bearskin Neck is ideal for walking, restaurants and the beach! We will be back!

I stayed here with my adult son and daughter. We had the 3 bedroom lodge house. I had never stayed in a motel before and wasn’t sure what to expect . Eagle House is brilliant . Very clean, great showers, comfy beds and quality towels. The location is superb in Rockport. Staff were lovely and you can park. The rooms have good toiletries inc washcloths specifically for makeup and make- up wipes. I’ve stayed in some high class hotels that could learn lessons from Eagle House. I would defnitely stay again . Thank you

Easy to get to historic motel. Surrounded by old homes some owned by fishing captains. Room was well equipped and very clean. Location was so close to the beach and the shops on Bearskin Neck. Great restaurants within walking distance. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Excellent property within walking distance of all the best shops. Great, seamless communication. The restroom is small, but to be expected. I will stay here again and again!

Location is awesome. Texting service allows fast & efficient communication. Clean. Parking it tight but manageable. Perfect hotel for a town like Rockport…
