The room smelled like strong cheap cleaning solutions for my entire stay. It wasn’t a pleasant smell.

Basic budget hotel
The hotel is basic budget hotel. Recently renovated but the workmanship was shoddy...i.e. paint drips on the floor, single coat not hiding the color underneath, peeling walls, etc. The hot breakfast consisted of waffle or oatmeal. Single ply toilet paper and tissue. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly.

I like the whole experience, however when showering my water would go cold, the hot… it’s as if someone flushed and my water would go cold, I would have to step out of the water because it would get too cold to stand under the water.

We stayed 3 nights and it was Amazing. The hotel front desk peeps were extremely friendly. The rooms were updated and clean. I loved that it was in walking distance to everything (downtown Helen, shopping, dining, site seeing). We will definitely be coming back.

Check in was a little slow because she was the only one there, but once we got checked in the room was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was near lots of shopping and dining options. No problems and I would stay there again.
