Sea Breeze Candidasa

Pros: The hotel's public areas are beautiful, and it's right by the sea like an Aman resort. There was even a dance performance during dinner. Cons: The first room we got had a severe mold issue, and the bedsheets were dirty. We had to complain to get a room change. Also, booking a car through the hotel was three times more expensive than market price.

Sea Breeze Candidasa – Outstanding Stayed at Sea Breeze Candidasa from December 14–16 in a Deluxe Ocean Front room, and it was exceptional. We traveled there by scooter from Sanur (about 1 hour 15 minutes), and the trip was easy and absolutely worth it. I’ve traveled extensively across Bali and Asia, and this place is genuinely right up there. Check-in was smooth, staff were professional, well-trained, and genuinely attentive without hovering. The property itself is beautifully designed and maintained — excellent buildings, immaculate gardens, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The layout works perfectly: pool, bar, and restaurant are all close and well positioned. Food was top-notch, easily on par with high-end resorts. The ocean-front room was exactly as advertised — quiet, comfortable, and with a view that never gets old. I honestly had to dig deep to find anything to fault — and came up empty. One of those rare places that actually delivers. Happy to return. Happy to recommend.

The grounds are very beautiful and cozy... stunning views... the pools are great. The restaurant sometimes has live music. We liked the food, and the breakfasts are very good. We had the American breakfast, and it was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and the staff was great. On the downside... We stayed in bungalow 28 (the most budget option). The floors were rotten, the boards were falling through, it was gloomy and damp... The road to the hotel is bad. We were unlucky; bulldozers were working on the embankment all day. There's no private beach. We had to walk to the neighboring beach, about 15 minutes.

The ocean view from the room was very relaxing. It was a shame there wasn't a hairdryer. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
