Cresher Serviced Apartment

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here during our trip to Shenzhen. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary necessities. Service was superb. My luggage wheels gave way during my trip over and the front desk managed to help source and arrange for my luggage wheel replacement within the same day at an affordable pricing. Communication was clear and location was great, right at the exit of a mrt station.

Very clean and convenient close to everything in downtown it about 15-20 min by didi to coco park dongmen market fanrou dim sum orbit one and 45/50min to oh bay talent park and airport High quality of amenities and kitchen utensils and decoration I ve accidentally broke a vase cost198 yuan and the manager discount to 100 yuan which still expensive for the old fragile flower vase so be careful There are many shops around easy to find things to eat 2-3 small supermarket sell veg and meat if you want to cook there are family mart and other convenience store drug store I m sure to be back again

The hotel is easy to locate and literally infront of metro station Ludanchun. All the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is served on time and delicious. But on the 3rd day stays we already bored with almost the same food. Suggest to let customers to choose from the breakfast menu the day before. However the washing machine door unable to open after washing. The house keeping service lady was unhappy that she needs to request a repair man to break open the door and keep complaining as if we broke it. 😒 Overall we are happy with the stay and planning to come back again.

Not sure why this service apartment rating is only 9.2. This hotel is the best among all the other hotels I’ve stayed during this trip. What you saw on trip.com is what you’ll see in actual fact so I didn’t bother to take pics of the apt. The apt is very clean and nicely decorated. It’s very quiet means you can’t hear anything from the neighbouring units. There’s housekeeping service everyday and with amenities. There’s 24 hours front desk service also. We have no problem checking in at 2+am in the morning. The breakfast is simple and nothing to rave about. It’s not really near Dongmen pedestrian street, got to didi there. It’s near the upscale MixC though. I will not hesitate to recommend big families to stay in this apt. Thank you Cresher for the nice stay!

Very nice service, all day 24-7 quick response. The hotel is well equipped with utensils and other utilities. I asked for cooking utilities and extra blanket and they reply really fast
