The air conditioner was noisy, and there was a lot of outside noise too. This hotel, opened in 2023, looks like it opened in 2013. The extra blanket I asked for was ripped. The AC vent is right by the bathroom door, so after washing your hair, you get blasted with cold air. The bathroom walls also looked old. It was raining the day I arrived, and the gym floor was covered in water. The pool was tiny. None of the amenities felt like they belonged in a four-star hotel. The water glasses and bedside tables looked like they were from IKEA. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. Only the location was good, but there's road construction nearby.

It was alright. The location was quite convenient, though there was some dust due to ongoing construction nearby. There's a 7-Eleven right around the corner, and it's not far from the MRT station. The front desk staff were very polite.

Despite not having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign out, my room was not cleaned. Furthermore, I couldn't get through to the front desk after multiple attempts, making it impossible to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent hotel! Thank you for your hospitality! For improvements, it would be good to check the air conditioners to reduce noise, but the hotel and staff are wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious and the coffee is fresh.

The rooms had a strong musty smell. My friends and I booked three rooms in total, and all of them had a very strong odor. The air conditioning was very noisy. During my stay, one night there was a dripping sound, and another night the AC broke completely. The front desk said all rooms have loud AC. There were hairs on the sheets, and even after changing rooms twice, I still found hairs on the bed – I'm not sure if they actually changed the sheets. The water quality was terrible; the filter on my shower head got incredibly dirty after just one use. I don't even want to give it one star. Extremely poor experience!

It was very average. They advertised themselves as a five-star hotel, but it didn't even feel like a three-star experience.
