Waldorf Astoria Washington DC

Great location and top-notch facilities. The breakfast attendant was a bit cold initially, but after I tipped, they became much friendlier and even started chatting. The front desk staff, however, were consistently good. The lobby is bustling from 6:30 AM onwards, and even late at night, around 11 PM, it's still full of people. This was quite a contrast to the quiet streets of Washington outside.

After staying in the US for over twenty days, this hotel was by far the most comfortable. Not only is the location excellent, but the food is also really good. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The service was just okay. The environment and price are top-notch, but you'll know what I mean as soon as you check in – the bellboy completely ignored me. The interior environment is really good. If the service could match it, this place would be unbeatable and truly worth the price.

This should be considered the ceiling of the downtown hotel in DC. It used to be the Trump Hotel, so the entire hotel is decorated with classic golden traces of the Trump Hotel😆. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the bedding is excellent, and many furnitures are also made of high-end mahogany, which shows how much thought Trump put into this hotel. The shared space lobby transformed from the old post office building is also quite impressive! The Bazaar Spanish high-end restaurant opened by José Andrés is also absolutely recommended. Their Iberian fresh pork, olives, and desserts are all delicious😍

The room is large, the lobby is magnificent, and the overall feeling is good. The service was good. We checked out of the room and it was still early to arrive at the train station. The waiter took the initiative to order tea for us and let us rest in the lobby. The only uncomfortable thing was that when I checked in, I couldn't understand the language. The receptionist spoke English, but there was someone nearby who could speak noon and couldn't help. I checked my passport twice and swiped my credit card twice. More than 20 minutes later, when the front desk took our passports to the back for review, the Chinese-speaking waiter told us that it was probably me who booked the room, and the first name of the guest was my wife.
