We specifically booked the premium AV room—and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The giant screen projection is crystal clear, and the movie library is extensive—no need to bring or hunt for your own content. Soft, ambient lighting throughout the room; the bed strikes the perfect balance between soft and supportive; the space is spotless, down to the tiniest corners; and amenities are thoughtfully stocked. Its location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Staff are warm and attentive, and check-in is quick and seamless—making it ideal for both romantic getaways and solo relaxation. Overall experience? A solid 10/10! The AV setup is truly impressive: immersive surround sound, a generously sized screen, and a cinematic feel rivaling commercial theaters. The room is immaculate—fresh, odor-free, with reliable hot water and blazing-fast Wi-Fi. Front desk staff are friendly and patiently walked us through how to use the projector. Quiet, comfortable, and outstanding value for money—far exceeding expectations for this price point. Highly recommended—and we’ll definitely book again!

The projection quality is great, creating a wonderful movie-watching atmosphere. The room is clean, and the lighting is soft and gentle on the eyes. Falling right asleep after watching a movie at night without having to shut down a computer or tidy up is even more convenient than being at home. I originally thought a hotel at this price would have rather basic facilities, but it actually has both a projector and a self-service laundry room. The value for money is truly high, exceeding expectations, and I definitely recommend it. The two days I stayed here were very quiet with no disturbances. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was changed every other day. Watching movies on the projector at night with the bright screen didn't cause eye strain even after a long while—very comfortable. I asked about the equipment before checking in, and customer service gave a detailed reply. When I arrived, the projector was already set up; the room was tidy, the bedding clean, the hot water plentiful, the air conditioning quiet, and the audiovisual experience smooth. The thoughtful service details really give you peace of mind.

Already recommended it to my friends. The projection-equipped king room features a huge, crystal-clear screen and theatre-quality sound. The room was spotless, the bedding was clean, soundproofing was great, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the location is very convenient. Definitely worth a return visit. It was such a blast watching movies back at the hotel in the evening. The screen casting was stable with sharp visuals, and the speakers delivered an immersive, live-like audio experience. The room was tidy, the bedding clean, the AC quiet, and there was plenty of hot water. The service was polite, and I had a very satisfying stay.

The front desk staff truly warmed my heart! As a solo guest, the young lady proactively asked, 'Do you have any room preferences? Would you like a quiet room away from the elevator?' She has an excellent memory—the room she arranged was on a higher floor with great natural light and was blissfully quiet at night. The Wi-Fi was stable, making video calls with my family smooth and seamless. The self-service laundry room was clean and hygienic, and the washer-dryer combo was super convenient. It’s only about ten minutes to Dongmen Old Street—absolutely outstanding overall experience!

The cleanliness of the rooms in this hotel is really impressive, and the size is just right. I wasn't sure about the correct format for having courier deliveries sent to the hotel and was worried I'd make a mistake and the packages wouldn't arrive. The front desk staff patiently walked me through the address details, explained the package handling rules, and let me know the pickup times. They patiently answered all my questions clearly and logically. They were thorough and meticulous in their work, making for a great stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area for a short trip. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and even escorted me to my room. Their projector comes with free Tencent Video access, and the visual effects are simply stunning. Plus, the Xiao Du smart speaker can control the air conditioning, which completely freed up my hands—it was super, duper comfortable! The mattress, in particular, is insanely soft; it worked wonders for my exhausted body, and I had a wonderfully restful night's sleep. There's also plenty of great food nearby, including an absolutely amazing beef noodle shop. The environment is second to none—very clean, very tidy, and the soundproofing is great. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
