IFC Residence

The front desk staff provided exceptional service, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back! The breakfast was also delicious. It's a fantastic five-star apartment [strong emoji]. It's directly accessible from Lujiazui Station on Line 2, making transportation very convenient. IFC Mall is right next door.

The room offers a great view of the 'Three-piece Set' (referring to the three iconic buildings in Shanghai's Lujiazui skyline, e.g., Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower, Jin Mao Tower), it's very clean, and the hotel staff provides excellent service overall. Definitely worth a stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was great once again. The cleanliness is meticulous, and the room's soundproofing is excellent. The staff are all very kind and the facilities are comprehensive. Allison is always there — she recognized me right away, which made me feel right at home; it's more than just superficial service. This time I also met Alice, and everyone here is exceptionally good and very enthusiastic.

Facilities: The hotel feels a bit old, and the dryer wasn't very effective. Even though it's a Miele, it didn't seem as good as some domestic brands. You can tell the apartment has been around for a while, but the location is unbeatable. The pool and gym are also excellent. The elevator goes directly to IFC and the subway, making it super convenient to get anywhere. All in all, even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. Cons: The breakfast was genuinely mediocre. It's better to eat out or order delivery. The selection was limited, and the taste wasn't great. They really need to improve it. 178 isn't cheap, and honestly, the free breakfast I had at a bathhouse was better.

Service: As excellent as always. Facilities: I've been here countless times, and this time I even used the kitchen to make some instant noodles – perfect! Location: No need to even mention it, it's absolutely fantastic. Cleanliness: I stayed for two nights, and the cleaning staff did an incredibly thorough and quick job every time.

Overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff were lovely, very gentle and friendly. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were decent. The location is absolutely prime; you can walk directly to IFC for shopping, movies, and dining.
