Huge room for a couple. And nice view. Walking distance to the lake. Recommenddd

The hotel design is pretty nice and has 3 swimming area, including a kid's pool. However, when we requested for extra towel after swimming, the hotel mentioned they do not provide for swimmers. They also do not provide water bottles in the room. So... it was a bit out of expectation. Lastly, it's the cleaniness, we have found a rubber hair band (we have short hair and need not hair band) under the bed after last checking of the room before we check out.

The place are clean, secure but the breakfast not prepared in house so need to wait after 8.am for it to be delivered.

Location ideal for walks to the lake gardens & cafes / hawker centres nearby.  Unit floor was dusty. Some water spots & signs of water leak from the bedrooms - mouldy in those areas. Air conditioning in one room was not cold.  All safe boxes were not working. Balcony door could not lock properly. No water boiler in the room. Some parts of the stairs had a lot of bird droppings.

The room is spacious. Location is very convenient, nearby Lake Garden.

The receptionist was not very friendly. However, the room was spacious and satisfying

Overall, had a good experience during the stay especially with the friendly and attentive staffs on their service provided. The hotel is at the prime location, just a short distance from the scenic Taiping Lake Garden and surrounded by numerous dining options, was highly appreciated for its convenience and accessibility. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the serene pool and beautifully landscaped garden area, which offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of daily life.
