Huge room for a couple. And nice view. Walking distance to the lake. Recommenddd

The hotel design is pretty nice and has 3 swimming area, including a kid's pool. However, when we requested for extra towel after swimming, the hotel mentioned they do not provide for swimmers. They also do not provide water bottles in the room. So... it was a bit out of expectation. Lastly, it's the cleaniness, we have found a rubber hair band (we have short hair and need not hair band) under the bed after last checking of the room before we check out.

Just perfect for the money!

The place are clean, secure but the breakfast not prepared in house so need to wait after 8.am for it to be delivered.

Amazing place. Very near everything and convenient. Not for very young kids cause the floor not exactly spotless and the balcony behind etc filled with bird poop but great for older kids and family time. Only lacking laundry facilities- that would make up for the lack of spotlessness. Other than that okay lah very chalet like.

The room is spacious and quiet. I particularly loved the swimming pool which is rather large and also, that there is no time set when you can use it. The staff are extremely helpful. There is a nice place just round the corner where you can get wonderful coffee and wonderful food, too

Location ideal for walks to the lake gardens & cafes / hawker centres nearby.  Unit floor was dusty. Some water spots & signs of water leak from the bedrooms - mouldy in those areas. Air conditioning in one room was not cold.  All safe boxes were not working. Balcony door could not lock properly. No water boiler in the room. Some parts of the stairs had a lot of bird droppings.
