I booked through trip.com. The Diamond Suite cost RM486 per night. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. The pictures looked nice. We arrived at night, so we didn't notice how dirty it was. It only became clear in daylight. The second room was very bad. Bird droppings covered the sliding door and even reached the curtains. The balcony was unusable because it was so dirty and full of bird droppings. In the second bathroom, the shower head was almost falling off. The wardrobe smelled terrible; I couldn't store any clothes in it. It was foul. Both rooms were the same – smelly and damaged wardrobes. The walls were cracked (forgot to take pictures). It's a shame, such a big and beautiful hotel, but lacking in cleanliness.

Our 3rd time here, and this stay was extra special as we celebrated Mom’s 85th birthday. With her condition, we weren’t sure how else to celebrate, so we decided on this place at the very last minute. Thankfully, the owner was so kind and accommodating, allowing us to have a small party with a few outside visitors. We made sure to follow all the house rules and take good care of the facilities. We even managed to take Mom for a little wheelchair ride at the nearby Lake Garden. Mom was happy, the kids had a great time in the pool, and everyone enjoyed themselves. 😊 Before leaving we noticed that Diamond suite is more suitable for a small gathering like this so we'll definitely try that later! Anyway Thank you for being such a kind host! ❤️

The kids really enjoyed getting the room on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. The hotel is close to the lake park and it's easy to find food nearby. Parking was also easy. Recommended 👍👍. If we're lucky, we'll stay again next time.

The hotel design is pretty nice and has 3 swimming area, including a kid's pool. However, when we requested for extra towel after swimming, the hotel mentioned they do not provide for swimmers. They also do not provide water bottles in the room. So... it was a bit out of expectation. Lastly, it's the cleaniness, we have found a rubber hair band (we have short hair and need not hair band) under the bed after last checking of the room before we check out.

The place are clean, secure but the breakfast not prepared in house so need to wait after 8.am for it to be delivered.

Amazing place. Very near everything and convenient. Not for very young kids cause the floor not exactly spotless and the balcony behind etc filled with bird poop but great for older kids and family time. Only lacking laundry facilities- that would make up for the lack of spotlessness. Other than that okay lah very chalet like.

The room is spacious and quiet. I particularly loved the swimming pool which is rather large and also, that there is no time set when you can use it. The staff are extremely helpful. There is a nice place just round the corner where you can get wonderful coffee and wonderful food, too
