The St. Regis Macao

If 100 is a perfect score, The St. Regis Macao deserves 200 points!!! This is a self-funded booking, absolutely not an ad. I travel to Macao for business every week and frequently stay in hotels. Past hotels include The Londoner, Conrad, The Parisian, The Venetian, Studio City, Altira, Art House, Grand Lisboa Palace (formerly Grand Hyatt Macau), and Sheraton… St. Regis Staff: Security is polite, front desk is polite, essentially all staff are professional and courteous. Facilities: The bar on the 2nd floor is very popular, offering a single light drink set for around $2xx, which includes a glass of champagne, an oyster, a small bowl of spicy peanuts, and a small bowl of olives. The gym is excellent, with beautiful night views, new and diverse equipment, disinfectant wipes, a water dispenser, chilled Pocari Sweat, cold towels, and regular towels. The changing rooms have a jacuzzi and sauna, all free of charge. The pool provides swimming noodles and kickboards, has warm and cold water, and also offers towels, all free. What truly surprised me was the butler service. My teddy bear was initially just lying on the bed. After returning to the room from dinner, I found that Butler Kevin had dressed my bear in a bathrobe and eye mask, and even covered it with its own blanket. I was so touched I almost cried. Many thanks to Butler Kevin for providing such wonderful surprises and immense emotional value!!! The St. Regis Macao has incredibly dedicated staff, absolutely outstanding!!!!!

This hotel offers a 5-star experience in every aspect. Its location is excellent and convenient, and the staff are incredibly attentive and proactive, making you feel truly at home. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room – everything you could ask for.

In today's landscape of luxurious hotels, St. Regis continues to stand out with its impeccable service. The genuine warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff set a tone of honored hospitality for this trip. After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

The hotel staff upgraded my room for free, and any other requests I had were quickly addressed via WeChat by the butler. While not considered a luxury hotel in Macau, and the facilities are a bit dated, the service is excellent! (The only downside is the lack of a bed rail.)

This was my second visit, celebrating a birthday. The room was already simply decorated, and we were assigned an ideal room location. All the facilities were great, even a foot massager was provided. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning temperature felt a bit warm even after multiple adjustments. What I was most satisfied with was the 24-hour butler service; drinks were quickly brought to us whenever requested. All the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant even sent over a small cake, which was a lovely touch.

A delightful, pleasant, and surprising trip. Although getting the room card took a bit longer than expected, the front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a magnificent suite with a superb view. We were so happy! The St. Regis will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau.

Two bowls of 'Liang Qian Si' from Monday to Wednesday – the service was truly excellent! The foreign butler brought milk, coffee, and iced lemon tea. To call the foreign butler, dial '0'. For Chinese-speaking staff, dial the concierge. Things delivered in the morning take about half an hour. There's room service for around 258 MOP; you check off what you want. This time, I didn't manage to book a room facing the Eiffel Tower. Isn't the double beef burger downstairs for 90 MOP good enough anyway?

The St. Regis Macao offers a wonderful experience. The butler service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the rooms are spacious, elegant, and offer expansive views. They even gifted a delicious cake for my birthday. The location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It's definitely a top choice for a luxury hotel stay in Macao.

Came to Macau for my birthday and emailed the hotel in advance to help with decorations. The butler service was incredibly warm and attentive, almost anticipating my every need. The only downside was the hotel's toothbrushes were very hard and uncomfortable to use.
