The St. Regis Macao

This was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. I really care about service, and I went in with high expectations, but St. Regis truly lived up to its reputation as having the best service. The attention to detail in their service was astonishing and kept surprising me. Most of the staff were expatriates, and they were very prompt with pick-ups and drop-offs, and incredibly perceptive. The 6 PM evening ritual was quite grand. My husband and I were at the very back of the line, just hoping to grab a glass of champagne to try, and the front desk staff immediately brought one over to us. They were thoughtful, professional, enthusiastic, and gentle. Fruits and coffee were delivered whenever we wanted. The room was very clean and beautiful, and directly across from a mall where we could eat. If this hotel were in mainland China, I'd definitely want to stay here repeatedly.

An excellent experience! The hotel facilities aren't new, but they are incredibly clean. They offer a 24-hour butler service that's always online and provides outstanding service. Tea, milk, and fruit are available daily, delivered whenever you request them. The housekeeping staff is amazing at tidying up; my messy vanity was perfectly organized every time I left the room. Absolutely fantastic!

The St. Regis's service was, as always, top-notch. Upon learning that my wife was pregnant, they immediately prepared a special mattress for expectant mothers. Later, the butler unpacked our clothes from the suitcase, and after hearing about the baby, not only took commemorative photos for us but also prepared a gift for our unborn child. We were so touched and felt incredibly warm. The St. Regis remains our first choice for travel!

I celebrated my birthday at the St. Regis and informed the hotel in advance. They decorated the room for my birthday and even gave me a cake. The hotel butler was very responsive and accommodating to all my requests. The turndown service and daily cleaning were excellent.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just one stop away on the free shuttle bus. The service is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. They even provided complimentary fruit, and the room service was attentive, offering free milk and coffee delivered to the room. It's also incredibly convenient for shopping malls and entertainment, with everything easily accessible. I really love the environment here.

The hotel is quite luxurious, located right across from the Conrad Hotel lobby. The room view is excellent; you can see the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower directly from the window. You can also request complimentary coffee and English afternoon tea, and the night view outside is particularly stunning. The hotel breakfast is also great, with high-quality ingredients and attentive service. I will definitely stay at the St. Regis again next time I'm in Macau. The only minor drawback was a slight new renovation smell in the room.
