I don't usually complain, but this is too much!! This stay was a terrible experience, no joke. AVOID if you want to keep a good memory! We were a group and wanted to pay for our own rooms, SURPRISE! It was more expensive. No laundry facilities, nothing to eat, not even snacks, and noisy... The air conditioning didn't work properly, no solution offered... Personal belongings disappeared from the room, and they made me pay for a whole tray of uneaten cake. Thieves, they're only after your money, no quality service, not customer-friendly at all.
