Ramada by Wyndham Guilin Hi-Tech Zone

After a whole day of sightseeing with the kids, we were utterly exhausted by the time we reached the hotel in the evening. The front desk staff noticed my child was looking a bit down and kept an eye on us. They thoughtfully offered warm water and snacks, and even upgraded us to a family room. The room was spotless – no dust on the floors, no water stains in the bathroom, and all the kids' slippers and toiletries were provided. Later that night, my child accidentally knocked over a cup of water, and a cleaner arrived within ten minutes to tidy up, even bringing an extra small toy to comfort them. The mattress was just right, and we slept soundly until morning. When we returned after another day out, the room was once again perfectly clean. The staff were attentive and caring throughout, with no perfunctory service at all. Finding such a heartwarming hotel when traveling with kids is such a relief. I'll definitely choose this place again for our next family trip!

They upgraded my room to a family suite. It was spacious. The bathroom had an odd layout; I didn't notice it on the day I checked in, so it was a bit awkward changing clothes after showering. I only discovered this design flaw right before checking out, haha. The hotel breakfast was quite abundant and delicious.

I chose a mountain view room, but I was given a room on a floor that was too low. At night, the first floor of the hotel was like a public square, with people playing ball, walking their kids, strolling around, children chasing each other, and people sitting downstairs to enjoy the cool air... The room was a bit noisy. The hotel should separate the outdoor public areas from the hotel's internal areas.

We booked this hotel for our anniversary on a whim, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect; it's just a few minutes' walk to the bustling commercial district and evening views. Enjoying the breeze by the window in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent—we didn't hear any hallway noise. The security staff were always attentive to guests coming and going and were very polite. The overall ambiance was fantastic. What was supposed to be just a short getaway was made extra special and ceremonial by this hotel for our anniversary. Highly recommend it for couples!

The hotel environment is great, and the breakfast is excellent. The business center services were all fantastic. As I was on a business trip, the front desk proactively offered printing services. For someone who travels frequently like me, I usually evaluate hotels based on a few key points: first, is the room clean and tidy? Second, is the shower water comfortable? Third, is the breakfast selection good? Objectively speaking, this hotel perfectly met all these expectations. Highly recommended.

The room was smaller than I expected, not as spacious as an Ibis or similar hotel. It also felt a bit dated, which was disappointing. Plus, the window overlooked residential buildings, so there wasn't much of a view. Overall, it was just an average experience.
