Best Western Merry Manor Inn

The room was extremely soundproof; people opening doors in the hallway thought they were opening our door. The mattress was terrible, too soft, and gave me back pain. It felt like a motel. For such a high price, it wasn't worth it.

Very convenient location next to a gas station, with a convenience store and decent breakfast options. Soundproofing is so-so, but overall it's very convenient for overnight stays. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Portland Lighthouse.

A classic and traditional hotel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast staff were equally helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, making guests feel right at home. Particularly noteworthy was the dedicated charger on the bedside table; besides the two charging ports for the lamp, it could charge up to four small appliances – a feature that surpasses many other hotels.

Convenient parking, a hot tub for physical therapy, very comfortable. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The American breakfast is simple and nutritious enough.

The room was clean and tidy, just in time for Christmas, so there were relatively few people. The front desk staff has a good attitude, free parking, and free breakfast.

Very good stay experience, convenient transportation, spacious and bright rooms, clean and comfortable living.
