ODST AL Madinah Hotel

Such a humble accommodation from a 3 star hotel. Receptionist gave us a “suite” connecting room since we came with our family. Housekeeping was always accessible and would come clean your trash every now and then when you place it outside. There are quite a number of eateries and a cafe around the hotel without going further. We chose this hotel because it’s a straight walk to Masjid Nabawi from this place and only 2 streets away and close to the ladies’ gate.

The refirigator is leaking and carpet is smelly. It is not properly vacummed and the bed sheet also have unpleasant smell. However the distance from al haram is excellence

It is located at a very nice location, but the services are poor, the cleanliness is terrible, rooms carpets are very dirty, no services.

My stay at Odst Al Madinah Hotel was okay overall. The room was acceptable, but it looked a bit old. The side table lamp was very old and seemed to be fixed with tape. The window was also damaged and could not close properly, so wind kept coming into the room. Because of the gap in the window, the room became quite cold at night and early in the morning. The check-in process was just average, nothing special. Housekeeping service was also average.

The location wins. The room is immaculate and clean. I came during busy period so they took sometime to check us in, when at first they could not find our booking at trip.com. After waiting for 30 minutes we finally got our room keys.

Nice hotel for umrah. Near to the mosque entrance and budget friendly options. Situated along main road, no need to face any traffic.
