Worst Hotel: Don’t waste your money!!!
Check In Experience:
I was at the counter for 35 mins. The Reception Desk was a messy place. The two women were extremely rude and uncultured. They made me wait and had tea and chatted with each other while I am standing there. then their system didn’t work, and instead of being polite they behaved like checking me in was a favour.
The Way to the Room:
Dirty sheets and towels were all over the place till 9pm at night! It looked like a hotel from last century that was never renovated. It’s smelled like a trash can. With stuff lying around you couldn’t-walk with ease
The Rooms:
Tiny, smelly and dirty. The triple room had no space to pray properly. The beds were not comfortable I could not sleep. Also bed was so small that there were times I felt I’ll fall.
Breakfast:
Some stuff was old and reheated. It was refrigerated cold while served on buffet table. I was extremely disappointed. Save your money and eat outside
Staff:
Extremely rude. The corridors had noises of people yelling (mostly staff) and guest. We didn’t get to sleep properly till 3am when finally we found silence. No one picked up on the helpline. And they refused to get our stuff when we were checking out
I left in the middle of my booked trip from this place and checked in elsewhere because I couldn’t ruin my trip further.
It’s a 1 star cheap motel, bad service and horrible smelling place with staff that needs to learn manners Fast!! Don’t go for pictures it’s nothing like what they showed know what you pay for!!
