This hotel was incredible!!! Extremely comfortable beds!!! Beautiful rooms. The food was unreal!!! 24/7 food including room service and a **** chicken cart that is out of this world!!! Only problem I had was my tub not being cleaned out when I asked or my mini bar being stocked.

Absolutely amazing. The room was very clean. The food at the different restaurants were just…PERFECT. Everything was PERFECT. I think the thing that stood out the most for me was how friendly each and every staff was. I definitely once felt like I was bothering anyone by asking questions about my stay. I will definitely book here again.

Every head must bow, every tongue must confess: The Secrets wild orchid is the best all inclusive in Jamaica. This Hotel is perfection, they did suck a good Job taking care of all the guest during the Hurricane Melissa.
