Best Western White Mountain Inn

I arrived late at night and was immediately greeted by the front desk, by first name. Wonderful welcome and break from my long road trip from Virginia. The hotel is Directly off the exit. It couldn't be more convenient or easy to find! There is a small grocery store and gas station within walking distance, and yet out of sight, leaving the view from the hotel with nothing but it's natural surroundings. I highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

The root was decent! The whole place is fine, but being totally candid, it needs some upkeep!

The pool is incredible, the hotels breakfast is fresh and varied, the staff is helpful, it’s 15-20 minutes from Lincoln for dining options and the Kancamagus Hwy. I’ll be back!

Room was clean. Small but great for the price. Staff was great and friendly. They had full breakfast which was delicious. Parking was good as well and free.

The breakfast has many options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is incredible and has views of mountains, the hotel is 2 miles away from Polly’s Pancake Parlor, 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and The Basin, 20 minutes from Lincoln, with great restaurants and the Kancamagus Hwy for a stunning scenic drive, and the hotel prices are very affordable!

I asked to speak with manager regarding issues and no one contacted me. Breakfast had mold. No one cleaned anything in hotel while we were there for 3 days.

We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got taken. The texting system does not seem to be the best option, but the room itself was clean and the staff was friendly.

Hotel is pet friendly and it’s on a really accessible spot off the highway,the room was clean and a beautiful Mountain View and the surrounding it’s really nice
