This place seems brand new! The room was very nice. The kitchen was very nice and I got to pop some popcorn! Was allowed to bring our dog Hazel and it was just $10 extra ! Just hope people don't reck that deal for others. The only reason I gave 4 stars was our room was right near man entrance on the first floor and every time people went in and out we could hear the door slam!! Would definitely go again!

Very nice stay. Very clean room. Very helpful staff. Beautiful laundry facilities. Only issue is vending machine is a complete ripoff and does not show prices. Some items are crazy expensive like 6 dollar popcorn. Don’t use debit or credit card on vending it’s a huge rip off.

This is a new building, we had a king room. The room had full fridge, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. The only dishes dinner plates, cereal bowls and, knife, fork, and teaspoon. There was no pots or pans, or larger microwavable dish, no dish cloth, there was dishwasher detergent, no miscellaneous utensils, and no coffee machine. There was supposed to be coffee 24/7 in lobby, but machine wasn’t working. If you were staying longer than one night some of the above items would be necessary. Room was real clean and spacious, Would stay again.

Clean room and bathroom. Very large room. Quiet. Needs better pillows, room darkening shades and boxes of tissues.

We arrived at the hotel around 8pm. Check in was anytime after 3. We booked two rooms and they were not ready. After we couldn't self check in because our rooms weren't ready we had to wait about 10 minutes for an attendent to come to the counter. He told us that there weren't any king rooms available only double queen rooms. At this point we were tired and just wanted to get a room. I said that was fine but he called his manager who after another 10 minutes was able to help him figure out the problem. When it was time to pay the reservation did not account for our dogs which I also included on my reservation. The manager had to again be called. We were told to just pay and that the manager was coming in from home and would be in shortly to speak with us. We were told to go settle in our rooms and they would call us when the manager got there. We never received a call or had a manager speak with us. I also never received a receipt that I asked for multiple times. The whole check in process must have taken atleast 30 minutes and was just one issue after another. The hotel itself was clean, had plenty of parking, but they really need to iron out their staffing and check in process. After traveling all day this is the last thing guests want to deal with. Disppointing.

Very clean, but the staff really sucks at hospitality. There was a poor kid working the front desk, obviously just starting out at the job, and the guy in the wheelchair was extremely NOTICEABLY passive aggressive to him while he trained him on checking us in. It really put us off. Made sure to tell us not to ask them where the pool is (idk why because I was well aware there wasn't a pool and never even breached the subject of a pool???) but neglected to tell us that there is only staffing until like 8 PM or so with a kiosk you have to go to when your keys stop working randomly on the last night of the visit at almost 1 A.M. There was no staff present to contact, just a phone line with what was an obviously overwhelmed remote service worker who said "well how many keys have you gone through already?!" Uhh??? Just the ones I was given at check in??? That randomly locked me out at 1 A.M? Every person I spoke to sounded like they were annoyed they had to talk to me.

The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review !

I didn’t have my pet with me but I was impressed and it looked great if I had her with me.

My room was very clean and the staff were helpful and extremely nice. I loved having a laundry room onsite so I could wash my laundry throughout the week that I was there. My only request is that housekeeping tend to the rooms either daily or every other day and do routine trash pickups.
