Definitely recommended this hotel if you came to sapaaaaaaaa. The view is sooo stunning and unbelievable. Our room is with mountain and monorail track view and you can also take a video of monorail in front of our room. The view is soooooo beautiful. Thank you for the best experience. Affordable price with free breakfast. This hotel is the best. I will choose this hotel compare to viettrekking hotel. The view is just incredible.

The view is so good! You can see tge train as it pass by. They provide water, coffee and towels. We requested another towels on our second day and they gave 6 towels again. Good breakfast as well.

The hotel is not so respnsive. Apartment rooms has no view. We were transferred from three bedroom suite to 3 separate rooms without prior advise. No elevator.

⭐ Sapa Retreat Condotel – Misleading 4★ rating, poor hygiene, not as advertised I stayed at Sapa Retreat Condotel and the experience was very disappointing compared to the advertised 4-star rating. When I checked in, the room had a strong unpleasant smell (mold/stale odor). The bathroom and curtains showed visible mold and dirt. The bath towel provided was ripped, and the bed sheets had visible mold stains, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. There were also multiple spiders and spider webs in the room on arrival (around 20–30 in different areas), making the stay very uncomfortable. Because of the hygiene conditions, I did not feel comfortable sleeping or using the bathroom properly during my stay. In my opinion, the property does not match its advertised standard. I would not recommend it to travelers expecting clean and well-maintained accommodation. Don’t Book this Hotel It’s disgusting !!!!!

Good points Air con and wifi and hot water work well. Large room. Good view from shared balcony. Medium point Breakfast is basic, but corresponds to the price (it's free). Bad points We had deliberately booked a room with a kitchen. At checkin, we were told that the kitchen can't be used. It was news to us that the kitchen was provided only for decoration. No elevator and many stairs.
