One night stay for a conference. Staff was over-the-top excellent. Room was great. All in all a terrific property.

Comfortable room, clean, reception staff was friendly. Price was a little high for a non-convention weekend but otherwise good experience.

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm for a 3pm check in. We were told the room was not available due to a guest extending their stay. They requested our phone number and said they will call when the room was ready. First, why would the hotel extend a stay for a guest on a room that is booked? Second, we would have appreciated a phone call from the hotel explaining the situation. We had to push our dinner reservations with our friends to accommodate the hotel's lack of communication. No one at the front desk would take responsibility. Spineless reaction. Also, our vehicle was damaged by the Valet team. I received the vehicle back with the front spoiler hanging on the drivers side. It looks like someone hit a curb or a parking curb stop. After talking to the Lincoln Dealer, it will be 3 weeks before they can get the vehicle in for repairs. Can't wait to find out what this will cost!!!

Cleanest rooms ever! Phenomenal service and was the best hotel of all the upscale hotels we have stayed at in the area.

The Location was very convenient and close to the downtown area. The staff was very courteous, and friendly. The room was clean, and the minibar was stocked with lots of nice options. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again in the future.

Everything from the room to the service was great! My wife and I had breakfast and it was very good! Great location as well
