Room wasn’t ready when we arrived ( it was before 3) but staff were very friendly and stored out luggage. Had a lovely walk around the grounds which are a delight. Had a drink in the bar later where again everyone very friendly. Lovely hotel with great grounds and people

Food was not nice at all, we arrived at breakfast day two 9:45am and we were told hot breakfast was closed even breakfast was not meant to finish until 10am

The service in the hotel is very poor. When I asked to add a quilt, the waiter showed me a dirty quilt. When I asked to change it, he threw the quilt on the ground and changed the quilt on the ground. The service attitude was extremely poor and the service operation was extremely irregular.

The hotel is very old; the pictures online are completely different from reality. Don't be fooled. It's also not good value for money, and the room had an old, musty smell. However, the bedding and sheets were decent.

There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden
