Besides the affordable price, which was acceptable, everything else was unsatisfactory. There were ants, and it's clearly an apartment building that was converted into a hotel.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness is nonexistent. We found hair in the bathroom and the towels provided were clearly not cleaned. To make matters worse, we discovered bugs and cockroaches in two different rooms. I even had to take photos and videos of the pests crawling on the ceiling. When we brought this to the attention of the management and asked for a refund due to these unacceptable conditions, they completely refused. They have zero respect for hygiene or customer service. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Very clean, and the location is fantastic! Siam Square is right outside the door, and getting a taxi is super convenient.

The soundproofing isn't great; the room next door was really noisy until midnight. The sink is too low, and the faucet splashes water everywhere as soon as you turn it on – very inconvenient. I love that the shower, sink, and toilet are separate, so you and your travel companions can use them simultaneously! The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's sufficient! It's small but has everything you need!
