hotel everything was fine and price was cheap，just the body and head shampoo fumah hotel giving small packing ，so is not enough for use

This is my first time stay in this hotel, good location, clean and friendly staff, i will come back again for my next business trip.

I booked a room at Fuma Hotel just for a half-day stay to get some rest, and it turned out to be a good choice. The room was simple, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Considering the affordable price, it offered great value for money. The location is another big plus. It’s very strategic, with plenty of food options within walking distance, so it’s easy to grab a meal anytime. One thing to note is that you’ll need to prepare RM50 in cash for the refundable security deposit during check-in. Other than that, my stay was smooth, pleasant, and hassle-free.

Photo totally different with actual room. What only good at? Location. I think this is maintenance problem. Everything in the rooms are old, broke, smelly, etc... Wall in the room no touched up painting and fix because of water leaking , the walls are damp and moldy. Make the rooms very smelly. Plug in the room broke no fix. Aircond very very noisy. There are also cobwebs and dust on the walls. Hairs on the bed. I know the price are cheap, but I get cheap room before at others hotel but with good maintenance too. Hope management can see comment, and take action.

Hotel room is clean, location is good, many stores and food stores around. Counter staff is helpful, given free upgrade.
