This is easily one of the best hotels in Phủ Lý. Located right in the city center, it has the Vincom shopping mall just downstairs, making shopping and dining super convenient. Rooms on the higher floors offer expansive views and great cityscapes. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Only modern skyscraper in the vicinity. Seems popular with biz travellers. I had booked this place wrongly expecting to be in Ninh Binh tourist center. It is not - it is Phuy Ly. It is Hanam which got subsumed into Ninh Binh municipality BUT not the place for tourists travellers expecting to see the popular sites in Ninh Binh. We had an hour drive to get to Trang An geological boat ride. Other than that, hotel was great. No breakfast but still great value. High floor with a nice view of the city. New & modern hotel design. The city is not a tourist town so not much to do OR have a good evening including finding a good meal.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The pho and fruit at the breakfast buffet were delicious. If you're on a business trip to the Phuket area, I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!

This was my first business trip to Vietnam this year, and my first stop was Phu Ly in Ninh Binh province. Melia is the best hotel there. I booked a 75-square-meter suite, which was huge, and it cost less than 500 RMB, so it was excellent value for money. It's located in the city center with all amenities nearby.
