Riva Surya Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless and noticeably larger than most we've stayed in across Asia, which was a welcome surprise. The location is fantastic, and the service throughout our stay was excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with the food. Watching the dinner cruise boats and water taxis with the stunning suspension bridge as a backdrop was very entertaining.It added a truly special atmosphere to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Riva Surya and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Check-in was quick and efficient. The first room we were assigned had a strong moldy smell, but the staff kindly moved us to a different room. The accommodation felt overpriced given the room's condition, and breakfast was quite unremarkable. However, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything – from the cleanliness and service to its convenient location and easy access to the main street. Whether you're in Bangkok for a short stopover or a longer trip, this hotel is truly an investment in quality, well worth the price. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay, from the staff's service to the breakfast and the pool! Its convenient location also made it an excellent base for both sightseeing and shopping. The staff members were all incredibly kind and attentive, which made my stay very comfortable and worry-free. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious variety of choices, and I truly looked forward to it every morning. The pool was also spotlessly clean and had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely love to stay here again!
