Comfort Inn Herndon-Reston

We booked this hotel on trip.com and paid. When we check in, the hotel charge us again. We feel strange and check with the front desk. After confirm, they refund us quick. The staffs are nice and polite

Due to the hurricane coming through, our tournament got canceled. I tried to cancel my eoom, but they refused to cancel even knowing we werent coming. I would have taken a credit for future use but that wasnt even offered. Instead of canceling, i get an email saying they are keeping my reservation. Mind you, check in is at 4pm (i think) and this email was senr at midnight. First time we stayed here, no complaints. Besides they not cleaning our room.

Service very good

The AC/Heater is old, I hardly slept because it was so loud. The bathroom needs a major upgrade, leaky faucet, chipped paint in the tub. My room was unfortunately near the lobby so there was a lot loud conversations, both there, outside my door and parking lot

I had a fabulous experience with my stay here. The service was excellent and the breakfast was the best.

Clean room, only complaint was the room was cold. Had to turn up to 80 degrees to get comfortable. Heater ran loudly every 30 seconds. Bed was comfortable. Quiet except for heater. Will stay there again if needed.

The room was very clean; the staff was attentive, nice, and polite; breakfast was plentiful and included a variety of items. Excellent. Special thanks to Nina, who managed the front desk and was always very friendly and helpful.
