The overall architecture has a distinct European style, making it great for taking photos. The living experience was top-notch, with very convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities. It's ideal for both family vacations and business trips.

Checked in at Tianjin's landmark. The historic architectural design is simply stunning. I'll definitely book a larger room next time to try a different experience. With perfect sunshine, great coffee, and amazing hotel food—it's unbeatable~~

The hotel itself features an elegant castle-style architecture with exquisite surroundings that are fantastic for taking photos. What touched us the most was the thoughtfulness of the staff. A special thanks to the young lady who took care of us—upon learning it was our baby's birthday, she went out of her way to prepare a cute little cake and even wrote a handwritten birthday card. We could feel their genuine sincerity in every little detail. The entire service was gentle and attentive, taking great care of our needs since we were traveling with a small child. A simple birthday celebration became exceptionally memorable because of the hotel's dedication. Our whole family was pleasantly surprised, leaving us with such warm memories of our trip to Tianjin. Highly recommended, and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Tianjin!

Finally stayed at the Tianjin Ritz-Carlton, which I've been dreaming of, and it is absolutely amazing! Every snap looks like a blockbuster photo. The front desk staff were so sweet, attentive, and welcoming. The breakfast spread was huge, featuring plenty of local specialties. The location is prime, with lots of trendy cafes nearby. The room has a terrace with great views, and the bed is huge and super comfortable. A friendly tip: the room has a mini-fridge, and the drinks inside are not free, but getting food delivery is very convenient. I will definitely bring my family back here next time.

Among all Ritz-Carlton hotels in China, this one offers exceptional value for money. The entire red-brick castle building exudes an incredible ambiance, with a retro European-style lobby featuring black and white marble floors, gilded carvings, blue and white porcelain, and classical oil paintings. Every detail is picture-perfect. **Rooms**: The rooms are spacious and open, with exquisite and tasteful retro furnishings. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, incredibly relaxing to lie on, ensuring a comfortable rest. **Breakfast**: The selection is incredibly rich, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, along with authentic local Tianjin snacks. **Service**: Maintaining the Ritz-Carlton's consistent standard of meticulous and thoughtful service, the staff are polite and discreet, responding promptly to requests, making for a very pleasant experience. ⚠️ **Minor Flaw (a clear shortcoming during this stay)**: The hotel's control over non-guest foot traffic is insufficient. During a concert period, a large number of fans gathered and waited outside the restaurant during breakfast hours, creating a noticeable noise disturbance. This significantly compromised guest privacy and dining experience. I hope the hotel will strengthen its management of external visitors during large-scale events.

The hotel facilities are great and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast quality is also quite good. The only downside was that although there weren't many guests in the breakfast restaurant, the waiters kept wandering around without clearing the plates or paying attention to the guests. I even had to remind them about the tea I ordered. Aside from that, the signature lion plush can only be purchased separately, which falls a bit short of the service standards at other Ritz-Carlton hotels.

Facilities: Comprehensive, with the SPA and other services highly recommended. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff is extremely detail-oriented. Environment: The European-style castle is full of character, and the public areas are great for taking photos. Service: The staff is always responsive.
