The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the environment was absolutely beautiful. Eating breakfast while looking out at the sea was such a wonderful and relaxing experience! There were a lot of squirrels in the restaurant in the mornings, and the staff even provided cucumbers and fruit for guests to feed them!

The hotel's location is quite remote; it's very inconvenient to get around on foot if you don't have a car. Although the hotel is a bit old, the exterior has been renovated. However, you can still spot rust in some small areas. Overall, the facilities are decent, but the cleanliness is a major issue. The room was incredibly dirty. After walking around in slippers for a short while, they were already black. When I wiped the table with a small white towel, it turned black instantly. The faucets were covered in grime; I had no choice but to clean them myself. The breakfast offered was very basic, only bread, cakes, eggs, sausages, and bacon. The bacon was fried so hard it was inedible. There were no appetizing food options, no Thai food, and no noodles. In short, it was okay for sleeping, but everything else left much to be desired!

This hotel has a large swimming pool and is also close to the sea. The scenery is very pleasant, making it a great place for both business trips and private travel. The service is warm and attentive, highly recommended.

Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, and for the price, it's an excellent deal. It's suitable for families. However, there's a sewage outlet near the beach that has quite a strong smell.
