The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort

The hotel is a bit old, but generally well-maintained. It would be perfect if they renovated the pool area and the outdoor wooden flooring. There are two or three decent-sized pools, including a kids' pool. However, many tiles in the kids' pool are missing, posing a significant safety hazard – my niece cut her foot there and it bled a lot. The hotel is right by the beach, which is nothing special but offers nice sunset views and a pleasant sea breeze. The hotel's restaurant has good food that's reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. Getting to Walking Street requires a taxi, and Pattaya traffic can be heavy, so allow at least 20 minutes.

The room was spacious and had a balcony. The in-room facilities weren't super new, but they were clean and tidy, which was a plus. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but it wasn't really suited for a Chinese palate 😆. After three days, I ran out of things I wanted to eat. The surrounding area is relatively quiet for Pattaya, not noisy or chaotic, which was a big positive. Stepping out, you're right at the beach, and that was fantastic! The hotel's pool area was large and had multiple pools, another great feature! The only slight downsides were the rather loud air conditioning and refrigerator noises. If you need absolute quiet to sleep, this is something to consider, but I feel like this is a common issue in Thailand. Overall, it's worth it.
