The hotel location was good and easy access to beach. Hotel service was average and breakfast was fine. The amenities were not new, but in a fair condition. Good value for the money we paid.
We had such nice view and pool seems great, but we had no time to use pools.

Nice with the big pool and beach location.
Gym a little dated but ok.
Beds and pillows a little hard but ok.
Overall a great stay.
Can easily book here again.

Located next to Dongan beach, no bars or nightlife venues around - so a perfect gateway on the beach

We only stayed for one night while changing locations. Twin room, one of the bed' linens were not changed. It was wrinkled, smelly and stuff. I could see the oil where someone's face had been, yuk. Called the housekeeping and asked for sheet change. Lady arrived with only fitted sheet, proceeded to place the flat sheet over. Which I demanded to get replaced, duh. I personally removed the pillow case and threw on the ground. My friend also asked to get her sheets changed. The lady was fuming, rolled her eyes, mumbled. The following morning we informed the front desk to which the receptionist simply said "ok". No apologies nothing.

It's not the newest and fancy, but we loved the place and was perfect for us 3 people as the room is spacious even with one extra bed. It's close to the street full of restaurant and clean massage parlors and to the nice long beach walk. We would 100% come back in the future.

Not much to complain about despite the fact that the hotel seems to be a bit of the older ones, but that really does not matter. Great stay, great location, everything super spacious and big! Great facilities!

A very very nice hotel. But it needs updating. There are two pools and right by the beach. Truly a stone throw away. The room are huge, with tons of room. The service at the front dash and the bell men were very welcoming. The pool needs to be cleaned every day. I mean and deep vacuum clean. The pool is also missing a lot of tiles and needed renovation. All in all. This would go from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel and even more.
