The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort

Very poorly maintained rooms. Musty smelling, moldy and stained curtains, dirty walls and AC vents, cracked and broken interior, sheets with holes, dusty with cobwebs, riddled with ants and other insects. Not acceptable for this price point. Resort under renovation. Piles of debris and mess make it not attractive. Most pools closed, which really spoiled the experience. TV didn't work and staff took more than 5 hours to fix it without offering an alternative room. GM or service manager not available to talk to me at my convenience, as too busy with "convention" guests, who presumably are important and valued customers. I now see why so many guests gave this a 1 star review! Service poor - noone assisted to carry bags and send you to the room. Request for a higher floor was ignored and was told there were no other available rooms due to "convention" when in fact the hotel was very low occupancy the whole period. Trip.com shouldn't promote this hotel.

If you can get the sea view room, the view is very nice. However, it is an older hotel with quite poor breakfast. Service also doesn’t seem their strength.

Very nice hotel and if you can get a room with a view then great. Staff are very nice and are friendly.

Place is fantastic,clean, huge swimming pool with the bar staff are frendly lication is perfect definlety u will come back again

Good to stay with kids. Short distance to access the sea. Variety of breakfast to choose from. Short distance to the various food centre.
