White Beach Holiday at Hulhumale'

The owner was very warm and attentive, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in town.

The house is quite old, but the hygiene was acceptable. However, we booked a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, but in reality, there was only a king-size bed and a regular sofa, without sheets, pillows, or blankets! We had to pay extra for an additional bedroom to sleep in. (When we returned from our resort island, another place we stayed at didn't have this issue; the sofa bed was already made up with sheets, blankets, and pillows). Also, the $30 airport pick-up fee was reasonable, but the car was really old and dilapidated! The location was decent, with plenty of dining options nearby.

The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary bottled water. The service was attentive and friendly. Round-trip airport transfer was $30. The hotel is right on a white sand beach with ocean views. You can contact the owner via WeChat, which is super convenient!

This is beyond frustrating. I booked a room that was over 500 RMB more expensive just for the airport pickup service, only to be told upon arrival that it wasn't included. This wasted so much of my time. What's more, the 'special car' they arranged wasn't even exclusive; they tried to charge me an extra $15! And I had to wait a long time because the pickup person prioritized other customers first, even though we were the first to land. The hotel's hygiene is genuinely concerning. As soon as I entered, there was a large flying insect. The room mirror was directly facing the bed, and there were unexplained stains on the sheets. It was far from clean. I saw positive reviews claiming it's suitable for Chinese guests. I just want to say, can't we Chinese be honest with each other? At best, it feels like a 3-star hotel from an underdeveloped region in China. For this price, they're really treating Chinese customers like they're from New York and charging them excessively.

Cleanliness: Very reliable. Didn't feel like the local islands had poor conditions, contrary to what I read online. Environment: Directly facing the beach with beautiful scenery. Service: Excellent, especially their manager, communication was flawless. I stayed here for one day and enjoyed: 1. Super delicious restaurant. Unlimited lobster (around 200 RMB for cheese lobster, which costs over 1500+ RMB on Hema Fresh). 2. Super cost-effective water activities (jet ski + Fishtank diving + dolphin chasing). 3. With the manager's help, I got a very favorable exchange rate. 4. I couldn't help but pay very generous tips both before and after my stay. Highly recommend for Chinese travelers. If you're coming to Malé, choose this place!!!

The hotel overall is pretty good. It's just a dozen meters from a beautiful white sand beach. The owner personally drove us for pick-up and drop-off, which was excellent service. The two-room suite we booked actually took up an entire floor.

Pretty good. The front desk staff, I'm not sure if he was the manager, was very kind. It's like a guesthouse, quite clean. Airport shuttle is $30 round trip. Clean transit hotel.
