The only truly good thing about this hostel is its phenomenal location right next to the cathedral — that part is perfect 🇲🇽👍 The view from the rooftop bar on the 6th floor is also really nice 🌆 Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end 😕 The rooms are microscopic, and the bathroom is basically the size of an airplane toilet. Theoretically you can exchange towels, but in practice they rarely have clean ones available. Theoretically there’s laundry service, but the dryer has been broken the whole time. Breakfast is honestly terrible — a tiny portion of scrambled eggs (barely enough for a baby), disgusting margarine that’s almost impossible to eat, and coffee that’s undrinkable. When I politely asked for a bit more eggs, I got a very unfriendly refusal. One more thing I really don’t like: at reception you’re greeted by a big LGBT pride flag and similar symbols. Of course the hotel will probably reply that they “don’t exclude anyone” and “everyone is welcome.” Theoretically maybe, but in practice they are actively promoting an ideology that excludes conservative people, people who believe in what’s written in the Bible — that God created man and woman, and that love outside of that is a sin. If I return to Mexico City, I definitely won’t stay here again. This is not hate — I really like Mexico and Mexicans 🇲🇽❤️ — it’s just an objective review of my stay. I hope they make some improvements in the future🙏

Location is the number one advantage, right in zocalo square. Secondly it is cheap especially when you are tight in budget. The service is good and security guard all the time. Highly recommend.

Everyting about this hostel was amazing! They offered a free welcome drink on their beautiful roofop bar, the dormitory room was very comfy with private bathroom. We were only 3 people in a 6 bed dorm. Breakfast was great, with different options. I would definetely come back, good value for the price.

The hotel's location is simply superb! It's right north of Constitution Square, and in the evenings, you can go to the rooftop bar where they offer complimentary cocktails. Enjoying cocktails, music, and beautiful views is an absolutely worthwhile experience!

The hostel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting nearby museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. They also give you a Margarita cocktail voucher on your first day. Enjoying it at the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is simply wonderful. At my request, they arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage storage is available for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given upon check-in is even cheaper for dinner at the restaurant than going to a fast-food place. The fifth-floor lounge area and self-service kitchen have filtered drinking water available. So convenient! A perfect recommendation for Malaysia!

The complimentary, high-quality breakfast includes eggs, fruit, coffee, milk, and grains. There's a kitchen on the fifth floor, but the electric heating is slow, making cooking take a long time, which is a drawback. Free drinking water is available, which I find thoughtful given the pollution of Mexico City's tap water.
