Park Shijia boutique apartment (Guangzhou Yangang Metro Station Store)

The apartment is newly renovated and very clean; the bedding was spotless, which is a huge plus for someone particular about cleanliness. The mattress has a thick latex layer, making for a very comfortable sleep after a long day of business travel. Special thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading my room! The bathroom is a bit small though, which might feel cramped for taller individuals. Not sure what the developers were thinking there.

The hygiene was impeccable, the projector had excellent clarity, and the room even came with a washer-dryer combo. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station. The front desk service was also great; they even helped me with a late checkout. The room was really clean.

Satisfied! Xiao Tao helped me store my luggage for free and even reminded me that I could put my own drinks in the fridge in the room. The washing machine also has a quick wash mode, so I could wash my clothes before catching my train and take them with me. Super, super satisfied!

Pretty good! Convenient location, comfortable rooms, and the washing machine worked great. The facilities were complete, and it was very clean. The environment was also very good; it's so convenient that you need a card to use the elevators, so no need to climb stairs. The service was excellent; they were polite and had a great attitude.

Booked this room for a friend. There were water stains on the toilet and a large puddle on the floor. To top it all off, a cockroach was found on the bed! When my friend went to the front desk at noon to report it, the guy working there was playing games and completely ignored them. While the facilities were decent overall, the service and hygiene were truly terrible.
