Having stayed at Kempinski hotels in many different countries, the one in Bangkok currently ranks as my absolute number one for service and overall experience. From check-in to departure, everything was an absolute delight. The location is extremely convenient, fulfilling every need for a relaxing getaway. A truly flawless stay.

Here are a few highlights that made our stay particularly noteworthy: 👍🏻 Luxurious Decor: Known for its understated European luxury, the lobby and rooms are filled with exquisite details and offer a great sense of space, making the stay extremely comfortable. 👍🏻 Strong Resort Vibe: Despite being located in the Siam district of downtown Bangkok, the hotel features large tropical gardens and multiple swimming pools, making it feel like an oasis far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 👍🏻 Convenient Location: Right next to Siam Paragon mall, offering ultimate convenience for shopping, dining, and transportation, while still maintaining a quiet and relaxing resort atmosphere. 👍🏻 Attentive Service: Upholding the high standards of the Kempinski brand, the staff are meticulous and thoughtful, making guests feel right at home. If we travel to Bangkok, Thailand again, this will definitely be our top choice hotel 🏨🥰

The hotel has a great environment and good service, and there is a shopping mall right across the street.

The hotel service was excellent, warm and attentive. They saw my luggage on the floor and proactively provided a luggage rack, placing my suitcase on it. Every day, there were complimentary snacks and fresh fruit. The breakfast was extensive, with Thai, Japanese, and Indian options. The hotel is connected to Paragon Shopping Center and a supermarket, offering various snacks. The Erawan Shrine is also within walking distance.

Seriously, you HAVE to come here! This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The attention to detail in their service is fantastic; you genuinely feel valued as a guest. The staff are enthusiastic but not overbearing, the rooms are superb, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious. Plus, the minibar has a great variety!

This hotel is my go-to choice every time I visit Bangkok. Both the service and location are impeccable and thoughtful. The front desk staff are polite and friendly. The doormen in the lobby are incredibly attentive and helpful, always rushing to the street to hail a taxi for us. Montisha, the room attendant, is very meticulous and keeps the room spotlessly clean. Amm, Aim, and many other staff members responsible for the vehicle services at the entrance are very dedicated and try their best to assist every guest. The restaurant staff and all employees encountered in public areas always wear a warm smile. The hotel offers a complimentary golf cart service to Central World, which is very considerate. It's also conveniently located near Siam Paragon and the BTS station. I always stay in a Lounge room, which makes the experience even more pleasant with excellent breakfast. However, this time I wanted to try more local food outside, so I didn't opt for the Lounge. Every stay here is a joyful experience.
