(1) stoic and unfriendly check-in staff. (2) we left room at 8am and returned at 3pm. Room not tidy. Reception gave a lame excuse that cleaners have many rooms to complete. (Is that my problem?!) (3) reception staff REFUSED to listen to how my wife used a different method to login to wifi and kept insisting that the rote training she has received WAS THE ONLY WAY!! I had to raise my voice to get her to listen, but even that was on deaf ears!!

Hotel is within walking distance to the city center. Front desk isn’t very helpful, but it’s a good bargain for the price

The room was well-equipped, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and recommended several restaurants. I recommend choosing a restaurant that includes breakfast; the restaurant has a unique and stylish design, and the specialty ham and sausages are delicious. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location. For the price, the rooms should be renovated; the bathrooms are very old, and the air conditioning is so noisy it's hard to sleep. The staff is friendly.

On the day of check-in, I discovered the hotel price had dropped by 100 yuan, but the free cancellation period had already passed. The advantage is its proximity to the airport bus stop, a 3-4 minute walk. It requires taking a bus to reach the cathedral.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location… but we had a problem because we booked and requested a double bed, but at check-in they told us it wasn't possible… instead of being courteous and looking for alternatives, they asked us to pay more for a superior room that was exactly the same as the other one.
