The environment is great, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, Yoyo, Fisher, and Corina, provided excellent service.

Stayed with my kids over the weekend. The front desk, especially Corina, Mandy, and Yuki, were incredibly efficient and attentive during check-in, responding quickly to all our needs. The hotel's water park is fantastic with clean water, and it has everything from slides to a children's splash pool. Hotel guests get unlimited access, which my kids absolutely loved. The facilities are well-maintained, making it a top choice for families with young children. Both the service and the water fun experience were excellent. We'll definitely be back next weekend!

We booked a lake-view room, and the scenery was lovely. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool; the water looked very clean too. We bought two swim rings for 49 and 69 [currency], and the quality was pretty good. The only thing was, we couldn't find the kids' playroom despite asking around.

The accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities were all quite good, offering great value for money. It's perfect for families and short getaways! The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with excellent natural light, soft and comfortable bedding, and well-equipped bathrooms. The toiletries were of high quality, and the cleaning service was thorough and thoughtful, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The buffet dinner offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, including seafood, crayfish, hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and beverages – catering well to popular tastes. The highlight was definitely the accompanying water park; it was well-equipped with clean, clear water and smartly divided zones, so both adults and children could find suitable activities. It was safe and a great way to de-stress. Corina, Peter, and Yoyo provided warm and attentive service. I've already recommended it to friends.

Before coming here, I saw some less-than-favorable reviews, but upon arrival, I was satisfied with everything. It's a great place for Chongqing locals to escape the summer heat and spend a weekend. The kids had a blast with the kayaking and water park. Even though it rained on the second day, preventing us from trying the bikes and mini-train, it gives us a reason to come back next time. All the facilities are well-designed, the room was spotless, had a great view, and was very spacious. Special thanks to Yoyo for the meticulous and thoughtful service, and quick responses. Superb!

I specifically came to Tieshanping for a weekend getaway to experience this forest-themed lake view hotel, perfect for a short city escape. Tucked away within a forest park and built around a lake, the hotel offers stunning views of green mountains and pristine waters. The air is fresh and the surroundings are quiet, a welcome respite from the city's hustle and bustle. Strolling along the lakeside path to watch the sunset creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The room, over 40 square meters, was incredibly spacious. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and observation balcony offered expansive, unobstructed views. The entire space featured a simple yet luxurious design, with excellent natural light. The cleanliness was meticulous, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Amenities like the balcony hot tub, capsule coffee machine, and branded toiletries were all provided. The facilities were very well-maintained, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. Corina Yuki handled the check-in efficiently and quickly, and Fisher proactively helped with my luggage. Any requests were met promptly and attentively. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, including authentic Chongqing noodles. The seafood paella at the Spanish restaurant was genuinely authentic. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, with indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, and a kids' club. Free parking also made getting around convenient. Everything – the environment, service, dining, and facilities – was top-notch. It's suitable for both couples and families looking to relax. Plus, there's a new Pinecone Camp nearby, offering BBQ and afternoon tea packages if you prefer not to dine at the hotel. This hotel has definitely made it onto my 'revisit' list, and I highly recommend it!

Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Pretty good Service: Alright Facilities: Quite outdated. The TV only has a few channels and no screen mirroring. We were told we needed to borrow a screen mirroring device, but they were all out when we asked. Breakfast was just okay. I think this place is more suitable for families with kids.

We stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel environment was excellent. With summer here, the outdoor pool was a great option. Corina, who handled our check-in, was very welcoming, and Mandy and Jason also provided great service. There were plenty of activities for the kids too. The buffet was pretty good, though I'd suggest making the crayfish a bit spicier next time. We'll definitely be back.

The lake view from the hotel is stunning, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel's photography service was also fantastic; the photographer from Zixuan Photography was incredibly skilled at finding the best angles, very patient, enthusiastic, and highly efficient. We were really happy with the photos! It would be even better if there were more beverage options in the mini-bar.
