Stayed at the hotel over the weekend. The hotel is located in Tieshanping, and the environment is simply amazing. Corina and Winner provided enthusiastic service. The hotel's gym and pool are fully equipped, and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained.

The facilities are comprehensive, and the hotel staff are very friendly. However, regarding hygiene, perhaps there were too many children playing. After swimming, both the children and adults experienced itchy skin. It's recommended to increase the frequency of pool cleaning during peak season. All other facilities and design aspects are impeccable.

This truly lives up to its reputation as Chongqing's top family-friendly hotel, with luxury evident in every corner. The outdoor pool is an absolute savior for escaping the summer heat in Chongqing, a paradise for kids to play, and adults and children alike had a blast. The bedding is incredibly soft, ensuring a very restful sleep, and falling asleep to the sound of chirping insects at night was so comfortable. Definitely worth a second visit. My only regret was that breakfast was too crowded on the second day, and the noodles came out too slowly. Haha, but that's a minor flaw that doesn't detract from the overall experience.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids, and they genuinely listen to guest feedback. When I stayed in April, I suggested adding baby food options, and to my surprise, they had a selection available when I returned in August! The Chinese restaurant consistently delivers great dishes, making it ideal for a weekend getaway with the kids to relax on the mountain, while also enjoying a couple of drinks. The executive lounge also had a much wider variety of drinks this time, and the ladies working there were so enthusiastic about mixing cocktails for us. Bringing the kids to play in the water during summer and enjoying food and drinks at the hotel is truly fantastic. The hotel even thoughtfully upgraded my room and included complimentary breakfast. These little touches, where they spare no expense just to ensure customer satisfaction, will definitely be the motivation for me to return multiple times with my kids.

Front desk staff Winnie and Corina were friendly and welcoming, providing patient and meticulous service throughout. The guest rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. It's a great choice for a vacation.

A hidden gem of a resort hotel on Tieshanping, nestled by the mountains and a lake, the environment is super comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is very cozy. The front desk efficiently handled check-in, and staff members Janie, Yuki, and Winnie provided attentive service. The breakfast selection was rich, and the hotel grounds are perfect for photos. It's my top choice for a relaxing weekend getaway, and I'll definitely be back!

A huge thanks to the concierge in the picture! My car was blocked by another car, and the other driver didn't leave a contact number. He was more concerned than I was, constantly thinking of solutions, and eventually helped me move the car remotely so I could leave on time. He was incredibly responsible. The hotel's environment, rooms, family-friendly facilities, and pool are all excellent. This time, I stayed in a forest view room, and the view was still good enough for a trip with kids, offering great value for money (though the lake view room I stayed in last time definitely had a better view). Just two minor hiccups: On the afternoon of check-in, I asked the front desk in the lobby for a high chair for my child, but it wasn't delivered even by the next morning. I had to call and remind them the next morning, and the lady who answered quickly resolved it. Also, on the first afternoon when my car was blocked in the lobby, I contacted the front desk for help, and their response was a bit perfunctory. In the end, I found the concierge himself to solve the problem. There's room for improvement in service coordination, but overall, the minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellent experience.
