The facilities are pretty good. It's very close to the city center. I didn't choose a room facing the street, so it was relatively quiet. There's filtered water, coffee, tea bags, and a kettle. It's a bit awkward that once you exit through the fire escape, you can only re-enter from the ground floor. There are eateries right downstairs from the hotel, and a shopping mall. The bed is quite wide, 1.3 meters. Worth recommending.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station and you can easily walk all the sightseeing locations close by.

Overall good stay, clean apartment, nice location near the city centre, friendly staff. But there were a couple inconveniences which affected the score for me. First, there is no filtered drinking water in the apartment — you have to go to the 2 or 4 floor to get it by yourself. Second, the very day of our stay 1 of 2 elevators didn't work, and that caused me travelling across all the 12-levels building with the water because that only elevator had its own mind and went completely random. You need to lose some time to get water in this hotel.

Hotel housekeeping service average, room for improvement. Breakfast spread ok. No metro station in Zagreb. Need to take taxi or tram as transportation around Zagreb. English language speaking everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed hotel. Location was perfect for transport. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel decor was great. Room was clean, peaceful and spacious. Facilities were great, loved having the gym to myself early morning. Would recommend!
