Citadines Berawa Beach Bali Resort

I booked a room with two single beds, but upon arrival was given a king-sized bed. I requested to change rooms, however, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. Although I was upgraded to a larger room, it was an accessible room intended for wheelchair users, which was not what I had originally booked.

Welcome with the drink , Room 10/10 . services are really so good and professional highly recommended to others and Breakfast is super amazing and must try the croissant 🥐 and Pancakes

The place so nice and clean . And it’s really near Finn club . So the location is convenient!

Not in the busy area but proximity to everything. Room was well equipped. Drainage smell could be noticed when taking shower.

Our stay was okay throughout the 5 nights we stayed. Breakfast was good. Not many selection, but has the decent basic. Location is actually a bit remote. Can't say it is within walking distance to cafes or shops, but as we rent a bike it's not a problem. Love that they have 2 swimming pools. The one at the rooftop has a nice beach view. One glicth was their house keeping crew, who are badly needed more training. They cleaned our room daily, but each time they managed to forget to do things, like forgeting to refill the body soap, to replenish the tea bags etc. And the worst thing happened was they refill our drinking bottled water with tap water instead of from the water dispenser in the hallway. I would say that is an unacceptable mistake. Lucky we are domestic guests who has tough stomach. I would be bad for International guests who may have diarrhea after.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Pool was amazing. However, the room only came with one type of pillow, which affected my sleep. I requested a firmer or foam pillow, but another soft pillow was provided instead. Overall, it was still a great stay.
