Hilton Harrisburg

Nice location close to capital building and baseball field. Parking was interesting. It is in the public garage next to the hotel but be sure to park near the elevator if you need to use a trolly for your bags. We are in our 70's and although were able to manage, it was challenging. Room was clean and we found a great restaurant Bacco across the street from the hotel. worth trying

The room is not very clean, not sure if it's because the building is a little old, but you can see dust around corners or behind the nightstand. Not a serious problem, but I wish to be cleaner. The front desk is very helpful, shout out to Liz (apologize if I misspell her name). She gave a lot of information and helped me get a new room immediately after I found the original room was manually locked. Very nice lady! In general, if I reached out, most staff would help to address the problem. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient, but breakfast needs to be paid for separately. The breakfast chef is very friendly, and most staff are also nice, they would check on you occasionally. One thing that kind of bothered me was that there was a room service guy on my floor who started working very early and closed each room's door loudly.

The breakfast had a wide range of options in the buffet. The foods were delicious. The server Isaac was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable about Harrisburg and efficient. Parking was a snap and affordable. The front desk staff customer oriented.

Great central location. Parking was easy and complimentary. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful at check in. Multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance and onsite bar and restaurant were great as well.

The room was very nice except for the shower/bathtub. I think they need to update those. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The area around the hotel/city have a good amount of homeless.

Room was clean , air continuing issue that wasn’t taken care of, staff was great, didn’t go to breakfast cause it was another cost that was pricey , parking was tuff cuz was valet n time to get car was longer than anticipated!
