It is 20 to 30 minutes cab ride to the main Hefang St and Westlake area which isn't too bad. The amenities were nice, Spa super expensive, the restaurants were ok, buffet breakfast pretty good. Staff were really helpful and lovely, first sit down check-in desk I have seen. The room.... big black glass on upper level not accessible but made us worry they may have cameras? Our toilet water smelt terrible so we had to close the door and the bathroom door otherwise it would smell... the shower door too as it was connected. The bed and pillows were amazing and big, lots of water and fruit everyday, softdrinks in fridge were free, we could walk to the Grandma's home. restaurant nearby which was yummy. It was a lovely stay, with the exception of the smelly toilet water and lots of mould around shower floor corners it was a decent stay.

Beautiful hotel, great stay! I finally got to visit in spring this time, and all the magnolia flowers in the garden were in bloom, which was a unique and lovely sight. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet, but Olive was incredibly helpful throughout. She kept me updated patiently and promptly, and even arranged for a colleague to take me to the boat. Highly recommend!

The room decor is luxurious and elegant, with pleasant views. It's quiet and comfortable. I'd also suggest improving the toilet; not having a smart toilet was a bit inconvenient 😂. The service was very patient and prompt. I'd recommend pushing back the turndown service time, and perhaps replacing the complimentary snacks with milk 😌. The cleanliness was impeccable. While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, every dish was exquisite and delicious, truly commendable. The tossed noodles were great, and the freshly squeezed juice was excellent 🌟. It's a perfect place to check in and simply relax and unwind 🎊.
