We had check in around 4pm. They issued room 902, this room do not have YouTube service. I a bit angry because others rooms all gave accept me room. When I request for 2 more pillows for me and wife. They said need to be pay. Per night each pillow cost 50 baht. Omg. I am regular Trip.com user. First time cost me to pay. But te 2nd day staff name miss. Rin . She is very nice and helpful. Do not same as 13th Feb check in lady staff.Just take note when we check in rooms. Hotel should make sure the room zero issue. Is very bad experience this civic Horizon Hotel.

Basic room amenities. While shower gel and shampoo were provided, no hand wash nor soap provided near basin to use. Shower water pressure is low and cannot use if washing clothes in kitchen area. Proximity to Ekkamai BTS and convenient stores were helpful

The room is spacious and clean, provide basic amenities. Location is perfect, it is very close to the Ekkamai bus terminal as well as the BTS. Shopping malls and restaurants are around too. We are a family of three, while they provided only 2 sets of towels in room (I told the staff who assisted us to check in that we would like to have an extra set , but yet he might have forgotten to follow-up). 30 mins later, I saw a housekeeping lady and requested for another set, but she refused and asked me to approach the FO again. Couple of minutes later, the FO called back to our room and said it costs $100Baht for renting an extra towel per day... it surprised me, ok, we bought a brand new one later from a nearby market.

Great for a short or long stay. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, helped by double height ceilings making it feel more spacious. close to BTS and loads of coffee / food options nearby.
