The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. It's a short walk to the Alhambra and Albaicín, and there's a Carrefour nearby, along with plenty of cafes. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they gave us great tips on local attractions and recommended some fantastic restaurants. The hotel breakfast was also very generous – definitely one of the best we had on this European trip.

Excellent hotel! The location is superb, right next to the main cathedral, which makes it very convenient for shopping and dining. It's also great for walking around, and there's a sightseeing bus stop right outside the entrance, perfect for exploring the city's beautiful sights.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, right in front of the cathedral and a stop for the tourist train. There's also a food market behind the hotel and plenty of great Arabic restaurants nearby. The service was warm and welcoming, and our room with two double beds was quite spacious.

An absolutely perfect hotel! The location is superb, right opposite the cathedral and in the heart of the city. Numerous cafes, shops, and restaurants are all within a few hundred meters or a few minutes' walk. If you get tired while exploring, you can quickly return to the hotel to rest. The sightseeing train's stop number 5 is right outside the door, so even if you're dining late nearby, you won't feel rushed getting back to the hotel. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful! There was no slackness or discrimination whatsoever. The lobby also has public computers with Chinese input methods and access to Chinese websites, which was a lifesaver for those of us from China who needed to catch up on work! The rooms themselves are a tad on the small side. A few rooms are on the basement floor at street level and don't have a cathedral view, but the hotel has installed additional security on the windows, so there's no danger or risk of being seen by passersby! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's facilities and location are great. However, one front desk staff member, a woman wearing glasses, provided terrible service. She played mind games with guests and didn't resolve any issues.

Right outside the hotel, you'll find the cathedral and chapel, and at the end of the street, there's a bus stop and the airport shuttle. The location is super convenient! The environment is decent, and the cleanliness is generally acceptable. Soundproofing is pretty good, and the air conditioning works perfectly.

This was the most satisfying stay of my trip to Spain, offering excellent value for money. The location is perfect, right next to Granada Cathedral, and it's just a few hundred meters from a bus stop, making it super convenient to get to the Alhambra. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a toothbrush, slippers, and a kettle. The breakfast was good too, and the front desk staff was very friendly, always greeting me warmly whenever I came or went. There's even a charming little courtyard where you can relax.

1. I booked this hotel half a year in advance, only to find the price dropped significantly a month later. They refused to refund the difference. 2. This hotel is extremely unaccommodating. I sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my reservation due to visa issues, but they flat-out refused any refund. Just a heads-up to anyone with uncertain travel plans: try to avoid this place.
