Definitely Number 1 Ultra Luxury Property in Cambodia! Everything is superlative, accessible location, great views, best rooftop in Phnom Penh, many FB outlets. Amongst all what Rosewood does really well is impressive personalized service from line staff to Managers. Great culture of luxury hospitality indeed. Highly recommend and definitely will return. I doubt you can stay at a Rosewood anywhere in the world at this value. It's a must experience!

Exceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were in good working order. The location was also quite convenient for getting around. The staff's attitude was a bit indifferent, with no proactive service throughout my stay. Overall, it was an average experience with decent value for money.
